The IUM utility token is a technology utility token that will lead the e-commerce and real-world assets (RWAs) sectors in the cryptocurrency industry. It was launched alongside the Solium cryptocurrency ecosystem and was created primarily to perform tasks in the Solium ecosystem.

3. The Solium (IUM) detailed release schedule

To ensure the long-term health and stability of the Solium ecosystem and align incentives among all stakeholders, the IUM tokens allocated to various categories will be released according to a structured schedule. This schedule is designed to prevent significant supply shocks and reward long-term participation. The Token Generation Event (TGE) corresponds to the initial listings in July 2025 - August 2025

Release Schedule by Allocation Category:

· Ecosystem (25%): To support ongoing development, community initiatives, developer grants, and other activities essential to the growth and health of the ecosystem, Vests linearly over 24 months after the 6-month lock-up period following the TGE.

· Funding (Investors) (20%): Linear vesting applies for 12 months after TGE to connect early investors with the long-term success of the project and prevent early sell-offs.

· Core Team (10%): Provides and maintains incentives for core founding/development teams. Linear vesting over 36 months after a 3-month lock-up period.

· Advisors (3%): Strategic Advisory Rewards for mid- to long-term success. Linear vesting over 36 months after a 6-month lock-up period.

· CEXs (10%): As the project matures, tokens are allocated to Tier 1-3 centralized exchange listings to facilitate broader market access and liquidity. Tokens are typically transferred to exchanges per listing agreement, potentially subject to lock-up periods as required by the exchange. Initial portion available from TGE onwards for listing negotiations.

· DEXs (5%): Unlocked at the TGE in July 2025 - August 2025, providing initial liquidity to decentralized exchanges (Raydium, Orca, Jupiter, etc.) to ensure immediate trading and price formation upon IUM launch. Some may be reserved for future DEX liquidity programs.

· Marketing (10%): Unlocked linearly over 36 months following TGE to provide ongoing funding for ongoing marketing campaigns and user acquisition efforts aligned with roadmap milestones.

· Staking Rewards (5%): As a reward for token locking, staking rewards are paid out according to the defined APY and staking mechanism rules. Linear vesting over 24 months after a 3-month lock-up period.

· Partnerships (3%): Partial unlocks upon signing of key partner agreements to encourage and facilitate strategic collaborations, with additional unlocks tied to integration milestones over 24 months. A 6-month lock-up period will apply following the TGE.

· Affiliate Rewards (2%): Paid to affiliates who participate in the program to activate the platform. Vests linearly over 18 months after the 6-month lock-up period following the TGE.

· Charity Foundation (5%): To provide sustainable funding for the Foundation’s long-term operations, funds will be secured linearly or in accordance with the Foundation’s bylaws, starting in Q4 2025 (foundation). A 6-month lock-up period will apply following the TGE.

· Airdrop (2%): Distributed according to specific campaign rules to promote early distribution, reward the community, and drive awareness. Distributed at TGE or shortly after to reward early community members or achieve specific marketing goals.
