Integrity Stablecoin Issuance Roadmap (Cayman, H2 2025)

This whitepaper integrates insights from Circle’s S‑1 and GENIUS Act (S.1582), and structures and implements them in line with the Korean Digital Asset Basic Act (DABA) regulations and local foreign exchange collateralization regime. This whitepaper describes Solium’s architecture and issuance roadmap for an integrity stablecoin, a stable digital asset backed by an MMF and compliant with regulatory compliance enforced by TransferRestrictor. The goal of this whitepaper is to implement a legally neutral and integrity stablecoin for real-world commerce and institutional DeFi.

Q3 2025: Setup & Structuring

Legal Entity Setup	Finalize and activate a Cayman Islands SPV to issue integrity stablecoin independently from any domestic (Korean) operation.
Smart Contract Deployment	Launch mint/redeem logic and TransferRestrictor contract specifically for integrity stablecoin issuance and circulation control.
Oracle Integration	Plug Chainlink or equivalent oracles into the MMF asset NAV for automated backing verification.
Bank/Custodian Bridge	Enable token flows through regulated custodians (e.g. Fireblocks, Copper) or connect directly to MMFs.
Compliance Layer	Configure TransferRestrictor logic to enforce KYC/AML rules across whitelisted addresses globally.

Q4 2025: Launch & Distribution

Initial Minting of Integrity Stablecoin	Launch integrity stablecoin issuance backed by MMF reserves, accessible to eligible on-chain participants.
DEX Listings	List integrity stablecoin on Raydium, Jupiter and Solana-based DEXs against USDC and/or SOL pairs.
Token Page Deployment	Launch branded integrity stablecoin token landing page with visual identity, real-time NAV, and reserve data.
PoR Dashboard	Activate live Proof-of-Reserve verification tools and MMF breakdown using oracles or external audit APIs.
